• Any expenses of personal nature for e.g. laundry, table drinks, tel calls etc.
• Any TIPS to Guide, Driver / Helper
• Any Flight Ticket/Train Ticket
• Any insurance
• Any Camera or Video Camera fees at the monuments.
• Any increase in tour cost due to hike in FEUL prices or GOVT taxes.
• Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
• Any other services not mentioned above

CANCELLTION POLICY

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

• Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 6 days and In case of no show - 100%

As per the Government directives it is Mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals , NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In which can be in form of ‘Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card and Aadhar Card failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal in allocating a room.

• Make a note of emergency numbers and details of the hotel where you are stay
• Avoid taking eatables offered by the unknown people.
